The First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber): how to prepare.

Technically, this is the April webinar, but the last Wednesday in April is 24 April, and on that day, I will be learning to brew coffee (who knew?) in Salisbury.

There will therefore be two webinars in May - this one, on 01 May, and a second, on 29 May.

The 01 May webinar is a real back-to-basics session about the First-tier Tribunal, in which I will aim to answer questions including:

• What is a statement of case?

• What is a “Scott schedule”?

• How and what to gather by way of evidence.

• How to prepare a witness statement.

• What to do if the other side does not comply with the Tribunal’s instructions.

• The role of the expert.

• How to get the best from site inspections.

The cost per person per place is £12.00, of which £10.00 will be donated to Julian House in Bath. Julian House supports homeless people across the South West through projects, social enterprise and accommodation.
